About The Package
Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu
At your arrival at Tribuvan International Airport of Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal, you will be welcome by our representative. A short drive by car will bring you to your hotel: Dwarika’s Hotel; and hotel born out of a mission to preserve and share the architectural splendor of the Kathmandu Valley, Dwarika's takes you back in time. Described by many as a 'living museum' and a pioneering example of sustainable tourism, a stay at Dwarika's is an experience to savour.

Day 2: Sightseeing in Kathmandu
Today the tour will start in Patan, also known as Lalitpur, which means “city of fine arts”. Patan lies 5 km south of Kathmandu. The whole complex of Durbar Square – its old town - consists of different sections of medieval palaces. Patan is also very famous for its artisans.
From Patan we move to Swayambhunath. This 2500-year old stupa is situated on a hill and over-looking Katmandu valley. The painted eyes on four sides represent the all-seeing eyes of Buddha and are watching constantly both: wrong and good doers. This is a place of a high religious value for the Buddhists.
The last visit of today it will be in Kathmandu Durbar Square, the temple of the Living Goddess and the old Royal Palace. Finally, visit Kasthamandup, a temple built from a single tree from which the Kathmandu derives its name. And then transfer to Hotel.

Day 3: Sightseeing in Kathmandu
After your breakfast in the hotel, our guide will take you for the whole day excursion. You will be visiting three important sites today, three UNESCO World Heritage Sites: Pashupatinath, the most sacred of the Hindu temples in Nepal dedicaed to lord Shiva, first established in 5th century. The holiest Hindu pilgrimage place in Nepal pashupati has received the attention of worshippers for at least fifteen hundred years. Dedicated to shiva the lord of Destruction the temple is situated on the banks of the Bagmati River. After, you will visit Boudhanath Stupa, one of the principal Buddhist religion sanctuaries surrounded by numerous monasteries and Tibetan boutiques. And in the afternoon you will be transferred to Bhaktapur, this city is known for its rich and unique culture, sophisticated art and craft, architecture, monuments, colorful festivals, and its own lifestyle. The city, in its majority, is inhabited by the Newar ethnic group famous for handicraft and trade skills.

Day 4: From Bhaktapur to Dulikhel
After breakfast you will have a time to walk around the beautiful city of Bhaktapur, enjoying of the newari culture and traditions, discovering its architecture and crafts. A mid-morning you will visit Changu Narayan Temple, located on a high hilltop that is also known as Changu or Dolagiri, about 4 kilometers north of Bhaktapur. This shrine is dedicated to Lord Visnu and held in especial reverence by the Hindu people. This temple is considered as the oldest temple in Nepal. After this visit the tour will continues to The Dwarika’s Resort in Dhulikhel, a holistic lifestyle retreat, drawing on ancient Himalayan knowledge and philosophy of care for nature and for one’s self.

Day 5: Dulikhel Retreat
Today early morning you will enjoy the spectacular view of sunrise in front of the and high snowcapped Himalaya Mountains. It will be a sunrise which you never seen before. After breakfast you can enjoy and relaxing in the resort and take advantage of all the activities as meditation, spa, yoga, hikes in nature that this resort offers to you.

Day 6: Flight to Pokhara
After breakfast, you will be transferred to the domestic airport for your flight to Pokhara, which takes 30 minutes. Pokhara is the second biggest city of Nepal, situated at 830m above sea level. Pokhara Valley is one of the most picturesque places in Nepal. It is famous for the natural beauty and therefore known as the nature’s paradise.
After landing you will be taken to Temple Tree Resort.

Day 7: Sightseeing in Pokhara
Today you will discover Sarangkot. This village is situated on the heights of Pokhara from where you can admire the magnificent sunrise view of the Himalayas. Do not forget your cameras!
After Sarangkot you will start visiting Pokhara valley, the places of inerest that you will visit today are Devi's Fall, an awesome waterfall lying about 2 km south-west of Pokhara airport. Legend has it that a trekker (Devin, David...) was washed away by the Pardi Khola and disappeared down into an underground passage beneath the fall. After Devi’s fall you will visit Gupteswar Gupha, a sacred cave located near Devi's fall, and after you will visit a World Peace Pagoda, an amazing spot to have a panoramic view of Pokhara Valley, Phewa Lake and Himalayan Range. And in the afternoon you will enjoy with a relaxing boating in Phewa lake.

Day 8: Pokhara
Situated in the west of Kathmandu the gorgeous Pokhara city has several beautiful lakes and offers stunning panoramic views of Himalayan peaks like Machhapuchhre, Annapurna range, Dhaulagiri and others. Begnas Lake, located very close to Pokhara is your next stop - an ideal place for relaxation, boating and fishing. After the excursion you can enjoy your free afternoon: spending it in the spa in hotel or purchasing some local souvenirs.

Day 9: Chitwan National Park
After breakfast you will transfer by vehicle to Kasara Resort, in Chitwan National Park.
On arrival at the resort, the staff of resort will receive you for a short briefing prior to an afternoon safari or nature walk.

Day 10: Jungle activities
Early morning you will be mounted on elephant back and taken for a jungle safari for 2-3 hours penetrating through dense grasslands to view wildlife in their natural habitat. This grass commonly known as elephant grass is dense and grows to a height of 18-20 ft. It is the favorite habitat for rhinoceros and other mammals.
After breakfast, you are taken to our elephant stables where a senior naturalist briefs about the interesting and unbelievable habits of elephant. Here one may witness the rare scene of the elephants at bath. In the afternoon, you will go on a canoe ride to view the mugger and Gharial crocodiles, various other birds and of course, if you are lucky you may even get to see the Gangetic dolphin. After the canoe ride, waiting vehicles will pick you up for the return drive to the Resort.

Day 11: Special bird watching tour. And back to Kathmandu
After breakfast in the morning, since Chitwan is a bird paradise of resident and migratory birds, making it a delightful and educational experience for every bird watcher
Then after, you will be transfer to domestic airport for a Flight back to Kathmandu. After 25 minutes flight you will reach the capital and you will have all afternoon free to do some shopping

Day 12: Free day
Free day: Take your time walking around Durbar Marg, a fancy avenue that leads to the Narayanhiti Palace Museum. You can also purchase some local souvenirs in Thamel, the most popular touristic area in Kathmandu, where you can find all kinds of facilities and lots of cafes, bars and restaurants.
Otherwise, you can opt for a mountain flight which takes place early in the morning and during one hour offers you a spectacular view of the Himalayas.

Day 13: International departure
You will be transferred to the International Airport three hours prior to departure time of the flight back to your home country.
