Trishuli : Grade 3 ( Day trip/ 2 days)
- Starts from Charaudi ( 2 and half hours drive west from Kathmandu on Prithvi highway)
- 2-3 hours rafting in Trishuli (15-16 km)
- Ends at Kuringhat
- Lunch at the sandy beaches of Trishuli and drive back to Kathmandu (You also have the option to overnight at a tented camp in the beaches and return back tomorrow)

Safety note : You will be provided with safety gears like helmets, lifejacket, paddles, first aid kit and given the right instructions to be followed while rafting to ensure safety and pleasurable experience. Bhotekoshi is popular for true adventure seekers and others can also raft in this river starting from different point. The upper Bhotekoshi are for the professionals who will get really good blow of rapids. The lower Bhotekoshi is open to raft for the beginners yet it has some good rapids there too. It is advisable if the participants have previous rafting experience to begin at Bhotekoshi. The river is ideal for those who want short trip yet with intense and thrilling experience
Lower Bhotekoshi : Grade 2-3 ( 1 Night/2 Days)
- Starts from Lamosangu Dam bellow or Kothe ( 4 hours drive from Kathmandu)
- approx 3 hours rafting
- Ending point at Sukute
- Lunch and dinner with camp fire and barbeque. Overnight at tented camp.
