This trip combines two breathtaking treks in the regions of Annapurna and Everest, as well as cultural visits in Kathmandu Valley.
Annapurna Region is Nepal’s most popular trekking destination especially among the beginners. This trek offers a great view of lowland villages, some wonderful close ups of the sacred mountain Machhapuchre (Fishtail) and other high peaks.
On the other hand, in Everest region (Khumbu Valley) a traveler finds himself/herself surrounded by Sherpa people, ancient monasteries and the views of the Mount Everest.
This combination of treks has become very popular in recent years.
The following itinerary is based on the accommodations in the chain of luxury lodges: Ker & Downey in Annapurna and Yeti Mountain Home in Khumbu Region.
The program concludes with the cultural visits to the monuments and temples in Kathmandu, listed by UNESCO as World Heritages Sites, which will provide you with the insight of rich variety of Nepali traditions and religions.

- Day 1: Kathmandu (1400 m)
- Day 2: Transfer Kathmandu – Pokhara (820 m), Pokhara – Nayapul ; start of the trek: Nayapul – Birethanti (1025 m)
- Day 3: Birethanti – Majgaon (1400 m), 4 hours
- Day 4: Majgaon - Dhampus (1650 m), 4 hours
- Day 5: Dhampus - Pokhara - Kathmandu
- Day 6: Transfer Kathmandu - Lukla (2850 m); Lukla - Phakding (2610 m) 3 hours
- Day 7: Phakding - Monjo (2835 m), 3 hours
- Day 8: Monjo - Namche (3440 m), 4-5 hours
- Day 9: Acclimatization day in Namche Bazaar
- Day 10: Namche - Monjo, 3 hours
- Day 11: Monjo - Lukla, 5 hours
- Day 12: Lukla - Kathmandu
- Day 13: Pashupatinath, Boudhanath and Bhaktapur
- Day 14: International departure
On your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport of Kathmandu you will be welcome by our representative. A short drive will bring you to Gokarna Forest Resort. You will be served a welcome drink and briefed on the itinerary. In order to proceed with the formalities for the trek, the required documents will be collected from you.
Accommodations: Gokarna Forest Resort, BB (Bed and Breakfast)
Day 2: Transfer Kathmandu – Pokhara (820 m), Pokhara – Nayapul ; start of the trek: Nayapul – Birethanti (1025 m)
After the breakfast you will be transferred to the airport to take a flight to Pokhara. During the 30- minute flight you will enjoy a spectacular view of the chains of Langthang, Manaslu and Annapurna.
On arrival in Pokhara airport you will be transferred to Nayapul, the starting point of the trek. From here you will walk for around three to four hours through the lower foothills of the Annapurna until reaching the village of Birethanti.

Day 3: Birethanti – Majgaon (1400 m), 4 hours
After your breakfast you will continue walking till Majgaon, your today’s destination. The route follows the Modi river and ascends through the forest before reaching the Ker & Downey Gurung Lodge, built in traditional Nepali style. Each room offers an amazing view of the valley and surrounding mountains.
After lunch in the lodge you will take a tour through the village of Tanchok where you can witness the traditional daily life of the local people.

Day 4: Majgaon - Dhampus (1650 m), 4 hours
The first stop today is the village of Patlekhet. The route will then take you through subtropical forests, particularly famous for orchids, rhododendrons and magnolias.
Passing through the village of Pothana you will reach Dhampus from where you can enjoy the pristine beauty of the Annapurna range. After lunch served in the lodge?? you may take a walk in order to discover the old village of Dhampus.

Day 5: Dhampus - Pokhara - Kathmandu
Your trek in Annapurna concludes today with three - hour walk till Phedi, from where the car will be take you to Pokhara airport to board on your flight to Kathmandu.
Arrival in Kathmandu and a transfer to Gokarna Forest Resort.

Day 6: Transfer Kathmandu - Lukla (2850 m); Lukla - Phakding (2610 m) 3 hours
An exciting early morning flight to Lukla by Tara Air will bring you to Khumbu Valley, the home for Everest and Sherpa ethnic group. After 10- minute walk from the airport you will reach Yeti Mountain Home in Lukla where your lunch will be served.
Lukla, situated at the altitude of 2866m, is your trekking starting point. From now onwards you will be assisted by a local English-speaking guide and a porter.

Day 7: Phakding - Monjo (2835 m), 3 hours
After the breakfast you will continue your trek towards your next destination Monjo.
The trail follows the left bank of Dudh Koshi River, passes through the forest and brings you to the village of Chumow.
You will cross numerous suspension bridges before you reach Monjo.
YMH Monjo lodge gives you a spectacular view of Thamserku and Kusum Kanguru.

Day 8: Monjo - Namche (3440 m), 4-5 hours
Today you enter the Sagarmatha National Park where your trekking permit (TIMS) and fee will be collected. Afterwards you will continue upstream along the banks of the rivers Bhote Kosi and Dudh Kosi.
An amazing scenery of the peaks of Everest (8848m), Lhotse (8511m), Nuptse (7879m), Ama Dablam (6856m) and Tayouche (6542m) come into view for the first time. A challenging steep walk will lead you to Khumbu Valley’s capital, Namche Bazaar, a vibrant village situated at elevated altitude on the traditional trading route from Tibet.

Day 9: Acclimatization day in Namche Bazaar.
It is advisable for your better acclimatization to do a short hike. A walk to the Everest View Hotel, for example, will additionally provide you the magnificent views of Mt. Everest, Nuptse and Lhotse. In the village of Khunde you can visit the hospital and the school built by the late Sir Edmund Hillary. From here Thamserku, Kangtega, Ama Dablam, Lhotse, Everest and Kongde Ri are seen.

Day 10: Namche - Monjo, 3 hours
After three hours of leisure walk you will reach Monjo where your lunch will be served.

Day 11: Monjo - Lukla, 5 hours
Passing through the village of Banker and Phakding you will arrive in Lukla where you will spend the last night of your trekking aventure in Nepal.

Early morning flight will take you back to Kathmandu. From the airport you will be transferred to your hotel. Enjoy this free day resting after your trek. The spa facilities available in your hotel may help you to relax.

Day 13: Pashupatinath, Boudhanath and Bhaktapur
After breakfast you will start another exciting day – a guided tour to three sites listed by UNESCO as World Heritage.
Pashupatinath: One of the most sacred temples of South Asia dedicated to Lord Shiva.
Boudhanath stupa: One of the sanctuaries of a major importance in Buddhist religion.
The area is famous for very high presence of Tibetan refugees and numerous monasteries.
Bhaktapur: This city is known for the rich and unique culture, sophisticated art and craft, architecture, monuments, colorful festivals, and its own lifestyle. Bhaktapur, in its majority, is inhabited by the Newar ethnic group famous for handicraft and trade skills.

Day 14: International departure
You will be transferred to the international airport three hours prior to departure time of the flight back to your home country.
